Start Run Radio live at The Second Wedge

Toronto-based band, Start Run Radio, is cooking up a stew of Funk, Jazz, and Soul, paying homage to masters such as Dr. Lonnie Smith and The Meters, while incorporating modern flavors reminiscent of New Orleans veterans Galactic and Stanton Moore. Organist Alan Zemaitis convened guitarist Evan Desaulnier and drummer Josh Park in the same room, producing and instant connection. After several sessions where they explored beloved tunes and workshopped new original material, they realized their sound deserved to be shared with the public.
