THE BOOK DRUNKARD MÄRZEN

One of the best of Uxbridge’s fall festivals is Blue Heron Books’ Book Drunkard Festival, so we brewed a classic fall festival beer! Märzen was the traditional beer served at Oktoberfest after a long summer stored in cold cellars. Our amber lager is crisp and refined, with light bread-crust flavour and a dry finish.
