Local Oshawa, ON artist Maura Mapes has been performing for over 20 years. Her music is a mix of pop/folk/alternative genres, inspired by artists like the Lumineers, Brandi Carlile, and Maggie Rogers. She is currently recording first album of original music, and her first singles, “Maybe” and “Light to Dark,” are streaming on all platforms. With a voice that ranges from soft and sweet, to powerful and belting out, her performances are dynamic, emotional, and honest.
